I take into consideration you as a whole person to offer a bespoke massage treatment that uses a range of techniques to offer a deeply nourishing and relaxing massage.
* Individualised Approach: Sessions are adapted to the client's current physical and emotional needs. Understanding the interconnectedness of physical pain/tension and mental/emotional state.
* Techniques: A mixture of long flowing strokes, kneading, and medium to firm pressure point work to ease muscular tension, boost circulation and lymphatic flow.
* Benefits: Relieves pain and tension in the body, lowers cortisol (stress hormone), improves circulation and boosts the immune system.
