This retreat is about giving yourself the time out to connect with yourself and be in the inspiring company of other like minded women. To feel inspired, healthy, refreshed and relaxed. A weekend away by the sea to nurture the health of your body and mind. Situated right above greenaway beach this is the perfect retreat house. Panoramic sea views, private gate down to the beach, underfloor heated yoga rooms and humbling walks right from the doorstep!
Location
Greenaway Reach is situated between Polzeath and Daymer bay in North Cornwall. It sits just above the southwest coast path and has stunning coastal walks in both directions. Greenaway cove is a stroll down from the house and is often quiet and secluded. The house benefits from panoramic sea views and most of the bedrooms having en-suites bathrooms.
Food
The food is a major part of the retreat experience! Friend and retreat chef Katie from @the_kitchen_journal produces an exceptional delicious and nourishing menu. Enjoy fresh, lovingly home cooked vegetarian and gluten free meals created using local, organic and seasonal produce where possible. Expect energising breakfasts, nourishing lunches and wholesome suppers, as well as some indulgent treats!
Yoga
You will have two yoga classes a day instructed by myself. A flow yoga class in the morning and then a gentle yin class in the evening. Yoga in the mornings will take place in the beautiful lounge overlooking the sea. A log burning fire will crackle away to the side as you wake up and warm up with an energising vinyasa flow yoga class. The evening class will be there to ease your muscles and mind and invite you to practice deep meditation and relaxation. The weekends yoga practices will offer a wide selection of wellbeing practices to balance and support your health. Expect breath work, strength, stretch, challenge, philosophy and play. Taking inspiration and knowledge from both western and eastern perspectives in yoga and womens health.
