Yin is a deeply relaxing slow quiet style of yoga where seated or supine poses are held between 1 - 10 minutes. This allows the connective tissues to lengthen, hydrate and become more pliable and even stronger. Mentally, it gives you time to slow down, clear your mind, sit with your emotions and move into a deep relaxing meditation. I am pleased to be sharing the practice one Friday of every month this Autumn/Winter at the very cosy and calming Health House Clinic . 🌿
