Yin Yoga
Rooted in Traditonal Chinese Medicine’s yinyang theory of balance. Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing slow quiet style of yoga where seated or supine stretches are held between 1 - 10 minutes. This allows the connective tissues to lengthen, hydrate and become more pliable and even stronger. Mentally, it gives you time to slow down, clear your mind, sit with your emotions and move into a deep relaxing meditation.
