Aerial Yoga Beginner Taster Session

This is for anyone who wants to see whether Aerial Yoga is for them before booking onto a beginners course or a longer workshop at a later date. 
In the hour and a half you will stretch, strengthen and mobilse the body in preparation for going upside down. Aerial yoga is an amazing practice that improves flexibility fast, builds core strength and gives you a wonderful playful sensation of being weightless.
