MAY 2019 Cornwall Yoga Retreat
Stay, eat, move, relax, connect. 3rd - 6th May 2019
This May bank holiday yoga retreat is all about giving yourself the freedom to indulge in the healthy comforts of yoga, nature, massage, nourishing food, self enquiry and connection.
Botelet is nestled amid 300 acres of rolling farmland in south east cornwall. Not far from Liskeard and the stunning Cornish coast. This is a friendly sanctuary for rejuvenation, relaxation and wellbeing. There are two cosy cottages to stay in. Each with their own comfy sitting rooms, warming log burners and characterful timeless interiors. Both cottages have views of the surrounding gardens and fields. Double, twin or single rooms are available.
Yoga will take place either outside in the beautiful gardens of Botelet or at nearby beaches and stunning ocean view cliff tops. Evening meditation and yin yoga will take place in the charming ‘piggery’ with it’s own log burner, and set of warming cushions and throws. Also a great alternative for yoga if the weather isn’t great!
