This workshop is for those who want to explore the journey to arm balances physically and mentally, designed to give you a better understanding of how your skeletal system is designed so you can move with ease into arm balances. Along the journey you will also explore your own personal relationship to challenge and how you can use the tools of yoga to keep you calm, grounded and confident!
We will be warming up the body through a vinyasa flow practice which will focus on moving from the skeletal system to open new pathways in the body, so that we can move into various arm balances, including Eka Pada Koundinyasana with ease. Some yoga experience required but don't think you have to be advanced or be able to already glide into arm balances, just turn up with an open mind and a smile on your face!
