Flow Yoga

Flow classes are dynamic, explorative and playful. The fluid sequences and attention to breath aim to bring you into a state of FLOW and leave you with a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity. Improving strength, flexibility, endurance and focus. These classes are mixed level and appropriate for all levels and experience.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a deeply relaxing slow quiet style of yoga where mostly seated or supine poses are held between 1 - 10 minutes. This allows the connective tissues to lengthen, hydrate and become more pliable and even stronger. Mentally, it gives you time to slow down, clear your mind, sit with your emotions and move into a deep relaxing meditation.
