Vinyasa flow classes promotes deep and even breathing whilst improving flexibility and strength and gives you a greater sense of connection to all the body systems. Classes are a pure and healthy balance of fun, vitality and challenge with relaxation, healing and bliss.
What to expect?
In a class you will go through a sequence slowly so that you understand the correct alignment and have an understanding of why your doing those poses. You will then go through the sequence at a faster pace. Fluidly linking movement to breath to increase stamina, build meditative awareness and sustain your focus and discipline. Classes are a balance of strength, flexibility and endurance, it's great! Not all bodies are the same, therefore, modifications and variations will be given in some poses.
